We currently only dispatch orders to addresses within the United Kingdom.
UK Mainland Standard Delivery is £4.95 2-5 working days. Some of our hand made and bespoke products maybe require a non-standard delivery time. You will be contacted to be advised in certain circumstances upon ordering such items.

Non Mainland UK (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man) is £14.95 3- 5 working days
The Suddenly Online team will do their utmost to dispatch your order within 48 hours or receiving you order. In the event that item is temporarily out of stock – we will notify you of the delay and despatch the item as soon as it arrives back in stock (applies to products where back orders are available only).
Once you have received a confirmation dispatch email – please allow 5 working days before contacting us if your parcel has not arrived. Suddenly Online will not accept liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by a third party.
Items will be despatched to the delivery address you provide on the order form. For this reason it is essential that the address you provide is accurate and that we have a contact number.
Due to the nature of certain products, they may require a signature on delivery.
Every item is rigorously checked for damage prior to it being dispatched, however in the unlikely event that an order arrives damaged, it is vital that you contact us immediately at email@example.com or any other method on our Contact us page at suddenlyonline.co.uk. If you are suspicious that items maybe be damaged upon receipt, the delivery person must be be made aware and photographic proof prior to opening the delivery must also be provided.
Should you decide that you are returning an order because you have changed your mind, Suddenly Online will unfortunately not be able to refund the cost of returning the order.
Unless we received notification that you have cancelled the order and / or you return the goods inline with the Returns Policy, we are not obliged to accept rejected goods at a later date.
You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return any unwanted items(s) to us for a refund, this includes full priced and sale items.
Returns are only accepted providing the items are unused, in the original packaging and in a good condition. Unfortunately Suddenly Online will not accept returns that do not meet our returns policy.
Please ensure that the returned items are securely wrapped and protected and use an insured registered delivery company. Please keep hold of any “proof of postage” in case of any damage during transportation. If you are returning an item because it is faulty we will need to see a copy of your proof of postage in order to refund you the return postage costs. Suddenly Online does not accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
Returns will be processed within 5-7 working days from when they arrive back to Suddenly Online. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. An email of confirmation will be sent to inform you of the refund.
